The Senior Citrix Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise Citrix environments. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable,



and high-performance virtual desktop and application solutions using Citrix technologies across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Citrix Design & Implementation
- Design and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on-premises and Citrix Cloud)
- Implement and manage Citrix infrastructure components, including XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, and Citrix Director
- Support and maintain Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)

System Optimization & Maintenance
- Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Citrix environments
- Monitor system health using tools such as Citrix Director, SCOM, or other monitoring solutions
- Ensure consistent system performance, availability, and scalability

Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to application delivery, user access, and system performance
- Provide support for virtual desktop environme
