Accountabilities:

The Field Medical Manager will act as a scientific leader and trusted advisor,



supporting medical strategy execution, veterinary engagement, and technical capability building across the assigned territory. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive scientific excellence and customer impact.
- Develop and execute regional medical plans aligned with broader business strategies, providing field insights that influence therapy development and market opportunities.
- Serve as the scientific expert for companion animal therapy areas, supporting product launches, medical initiatives, and customer education programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinary professionals, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.
