- Planning and execution of the technology transfer process to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and processes.
- Need to understand the available approved ANDA and the process part of each products and Verify against the same with Gap analysis either prepared by you or received from CMO, Operationally including summary of changes with justification and clarifications.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address any challenges and ensure successful implementation.
- You need to have a solid collaboration with CFT , That is with RA , Baska BDR QA , Production , TT , Quality Assurance and Quality control to smooth transition of communications, Transfer and Things required to be done for Aryeh products.
- Documentation and closure of the technology transfer report, which is crucial for regulatory compliance.
- Any documentation received from CMO.s [ BMR/ BPR/ Protocols – PV/PV/HT Or Stability or any other , need to be review and sign off ASAP within required time frame.
- Risk management and mitigation strategies to address potential risks during the transfer process.
- Any risk assessment or impact assessment to be address and review and sign off..
