We are looking for a motivated SRAM Characterization Engineer to join our semiconductor engineering team and contribute to the development, characterization, and validation of high-performance SRAM memory IP for advanced technology nodes. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about memory design, characterization methodologies, and physical verification, and who are eager to build a solid foundation in VLSI memory development.
As an SRAM Characterization Engineer, you will work closely with memory design, circuit design, physical design, and CAD teams to characterize SRAM macros, generate timing and power libraries, validate memory performance across multiple process-voltage-temperature (PVT) corners, and ensure compliance with design and manufacturing requirements. You will also participate in physical verification activities, including Design Rule Checking (DRC),



while supporting the delivery of production-ready memory IP for SoC integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform SRAM characterization across multiple Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners.
- Generate and validate timing, power, and functional .lib libraries for SRAM macros.
- Support characterization flow development and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Execute Design Rule Checking (DRC) and assist in resolving physical verification issues.
- Validate SRAM functionality, timing, leakage, and power characteristics using industry-standard characterization tools.
