We are looking to build out Kheytiâs farmer success function from the ground up, and this leader will be at the heart of it. Kheytiâs farmer base is growing rapidly across India, and we need someone who can design the philosophy, systems, and team needed to deliver world-class service at scale. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of farmer wellbeing, operational excellence, and product development.

Key Responsibilities




- Become the foremost âfarmer-centric championâ in the organization - working closely with agronomists and field coaches to understand farmersâ pain points & demands
- Design a philosophy and model of post-installation service delivery and farmer training that effectively balances impact per farmer with efficiency + cost to serve
- Serve as the key advisor and âco-product managerâ with software & product experts to build and integrate digital solutions into our farmer engagement lifecycle
- Develop business cases for product additions and/or enhancements based on developing farmer needs and commercial opportunities
- Embed a robust M&E; system to improve recurring impact measurement, helping define and track ânorth starâ farmer success metrics such as NPS and increases in median income
- Develop a customer data intake and continuous improvement feedback system to remain closely aligned with the need
