Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate between internal teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to requirements.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Assign and follow up on tasks with SEO, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, Development, and Video teams.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify delays, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to the concerned manager.




- Coordinate client requirements, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding pending tasks.
- Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly project status reports.
- Ensure clear communication between clients, team members, and management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities.

Required Skills
