About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The candidate should possess solid expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with a deep understanding of performance marketing and audience strategy. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling large-scale campaigns, ensuring delivery efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven optimizations. Key Responsibilities● Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.● Perform end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, biddingstrategy, ad creation, and tracking implementation.● Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend utilization, and performance metrics on a daily basis.● Optimize campaigns regularly to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM,



and engagement rates.● Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve overall accountefficiency.● Coordinate with internal teams for creative requirements, tracking implementation, campaigntimelines, and reporting.● Ensure campaigns are launched with proper QA checks including creatives, tracking URLs,audience setup, and conversion events.● Identify scaling opportunities through audience expansion, retargeting, lookalike strategies, and performance analysis.● Troubleshoot delivery issues, learning limitations, tracking discrepancies, and underperformingcampaigns proactively.● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendationsand business insights.
