We’re Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Western Suburbs – Malad to Borivali
Employment Type: Full time
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Vanguard Ventures is looking for experienced Real Estate Sourcing Managers with a strong Channel Partner network and proven experience in real estate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners and brokers
Generate qualified leads and drive site visits
Conduct CP meetings, project presentations and briefings
Promote assigned real estate projects across relevant territories
Coordinate with the closing team to support conversions
Achieve monthly sourcing, lead and walk-in targets

Eligibility:
2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing




Experience with established developers or mandate firms preferred
Strong Channel Partner network in the Western Suburbs
Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
Familiarity with the Malad–Borivali market will be preferred
