We’re Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Western Suburbs – Malad to Borivali

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Vanguard Ventures is looking for experienced Real Estate Sourcing Managers with a robust Channel Partner network and proven experience in real estate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners and brokers
- Generate qualified leads and drive site visits
- Conduct CP meetings, project presentations and briefings
- Promote assigned real estate projects across relevant territories
- Coordinate with the closing team to support conversions
- Achieve monthly sourcing, lead and walk-in targets

Eligibility:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing




- Experience with established developers or mandate firms preferred
- Strong Channel Partner network in the Western Suburbs
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
- Familiarity with the Malad–Borivali market will be preferred
