Position Summary

Level: Operations Associate Vice President

As an Operations Associate Vice President at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of project scope, delivery, timelines, stakeholders, budget, issues, risks, and quality. This includes overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives,



and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Work you’ll do:

The Finance Shared Services Transition Operations Associate Vice President oversees the full lifecycle of finance process transitions into a shared services model, ensuring smooth migration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to meet business goals. Responsibilities include leading large-scale programs, developing project plans and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role acts as the main contact for business units and leadership, facilitating updates and executive reporting. Key duties involve managing process mapping, compliance, cutover, and stabilization.
