Job Overview
This role is the sales leadership position for India market. You will be fully responsible for overall IVD business performance across India Hotgen, lead regional sales managers & local sales teams, formulate market sales strategies, drive channel construction, deliver overall company sales targets, and coordinate cross‑functional resources including technical support, product & after‑sales to expand local IVD business sustainably.

Job Responsibilities
Take full ownership of India’s overall sales performance for IVD products, formulate national sales strategies & annual business plans, decompose and deliver company‑approved overall sales and profit targets.
Lead and manage regional sales managers, set team KPI, conduct performance management, coach and build local sales talent pipeline.
Design and implement nationwide channel layout, develop, optimize and manage distributors & key partners; establish sustainable local business operation model.
Lead high‑level key‑account negotiations for national‑level customers, track major strategic projects end‑to‑end.




In‑depth insight into India IVD market, competitive landscape and policy changes; output market analysis reports, propose product localization & business adjustment suggestions to headquarters.
Co‑ordinate internal cross‑department resources: align with application specialists, technical support, order‑operation and HQ team to guarantee project delivery, after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.
Regularly report business progress, risk analysis and market feedback to headquarters. Complete other ad‑hoc assignments from leadership.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Immunology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Biomedical or related disciplines is preferred.
5‑8+ years IVD industry sales experience, at least 3 years team‑management experience; proven track‑record of leading India regional / national sales team to hit revenue goals.
