Job Description:

Work as part of a team to ensure the stable and efficient delivery of the services within the Productivity Applications Delivery Team, with an emphasis on the components of the Microsoft 365 service / Office 365 Service.





Key duties and responsibilities include:

Providing 4th level support for products in the portfolio of services provided by the Productivity Applications Delivery Team, with an emphasis on the components of the Microsoft 365 service / Office 365 Service.

Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform estate, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring compliance with organisational standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Manage Power Platform environments, licensing, security, monitoring, and operational support, including environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, capacity management, solution deployments, and platform lifecycle governance.
