Position Summary

Join Deloitte as a Executive Manager, Alliance Marketing, and lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that strengthen alliance relationships, engage clients, and support business growth. In this role, you will partner with senior alliance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns and events while helping shape alliance marketing priorities and strategy.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Executive Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with senior alliance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate alliance priorities into integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and virtual and in-person events
Leading end-to-end execution of alliance marketing programs, including content development, channel strategy, communications, client engagement and hospitality, webinars, social media, email campaigns, and event experiences
Leading campaign briefings and coordinating internal and external teams to support aligned planning, timely execution, and high-quality delivery




Developing and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and governance practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Using audience insights, campaign performance, and market trends to refine target segments, messaging, channel mix, and event strategies
Establishing and monitoring campaign and event performance measures and translating results into actionable optimization recommendations
Managing resources, priorities, timelines, quality assurance, and issue resolution across alliance marketing deliverables
Leading, coaching, and supporting junior professionals while overseeing selected team operations and collaboration with global stakeholders

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

12-16 years of experience in marketing program management, including large-scale events
Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration in Market
