Role Description: Developmental Pediatrician

Role Purpose: As a Developmental Pediatrician at New Horizons, you’ll be at the heart of our mission — transforming lives by diagnosing, treating, and supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges. You’ll work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate,



evidence-based care that empowers children to reach their full potential — and gives families the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support them every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough, child-centered evaluations of children with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges. Diagnose conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays — always with empathy, precision, and cultural sensitivity.
Treatment Planning: Co-create individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team. Ensure interventions are not only clinically sound but also meaningful and sustainable in the child’s everyday life.
Patient Management: Track progress with care and consistency, adapting plans as needed. Be a steady source of reassurance and guidance for families — helping them understan
