Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, along with hands-on experience in supplier coordination and booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales and operations for international holiday packages, from lead handling to booking closure and post-booking support.
Engage with leads generated via the portal, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Design and customize holiday packages, including itineraries, hotels, and experiences, aligned with customer preferences and budget.
Conduct hotel price comparisons and recommend optimal
