What role you will play in our team
As an Advanced Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you will lead business engagements, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical oversight to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment. You will drive continuous improvement, risk management, and digital transformation across the organization
What you will do
Lead full-cycle risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation and stewardship
Perform advanced integrity assessments (e.g., brittle fracture, flexibility analysis, corrosion evaluations)
Develop and manage fit-for-purpose risk-based strategies
Conduct criticality assessments and consequence/complexity ratings
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bad actor elimination
Provide technical oversight
