2ND Class Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University.

Age

Maximum 28 Years

Experience

03 years’ experience relating to office working in any Public/private sector organization.
Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power Point and basic skill of technical report writing.

Duration of Contract

Initial contract will be for two years.
The contract will be extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance till completion of the project.

Salary & Pay scale

PPS-05
(Rs 70,000/- per month all inclusive)
Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs

To compile/maintain all relevant data and files.
Prepare draft replies of the correspondence received in the Section.
To check the all references and relevant information as directed by the officer in charge.
To compile, computerize and maintain record of all the files / correspondence for ready reference.
Maintain secrecy of all official documents and information.
To assist the officer in charge and carry out responsibilities as assigned.




Any other work assigned by the section in charge.

Matriculation.

Age

Maximum 25 Years

Experience

Experience in any public/private sector will be preferred.

Duration of Contract

Initial contract will be for two years.
The contract will be extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance till completion of the project.

Salary & Pay scale

PPS-01
(Rs 28,000/- per month all inclusive)
Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs

Presentable & knowledge of office manners.
Responsible for dusting, preparation of Tea/coffee, delivery of office files/letters at notified addresses.
Capacity to work with more than one officer, dutiful & have positive attitude towards assigned task.
Any other duty that may be assigned to him by his officer in charge during and after working hours.
