The Role

We're looking for a Manager – Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting to bridge the gap between customer requirements and our product capabilities.

As part of the Sales team, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, lending workflows, and operational challenges. You will evaluate solution feasibility, define the scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs), and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design solutions that align with customer requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, collaborating across teams, and translating customer needs into practical product solutions.



While you will work closely with the Sales team, your primary responsibility is to ensure technical and business feasibility before a commercial commitment is made.

What You'll Do?

Understand prospective clients' lending workflows, operational processes, and business challenges through discovery sessions.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to determine how AbleCredit's platform can address customer needs.
Conduct feasibility assessments for recent client use cases and identify any product or implementation gaps.
Define the scope, objectives, success criteria, assumptions, and timelines for client POCs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
Recommend configuration approaches or process improvements based on customer requirements.
Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and constraints early in the sales cycle.
