Key Responsibilities
Mobilization & Outreach
Engage with alumni to onboard them into relevant upskilling programs
Connect with local employers and HR networks to generate candidate nominations for training programs
Collaborate with the centre team for field visits, mobilization campaigns, and community events
Maintain a database of potential candidates, alumni, and employer contacts
Student Engagement & Support
Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation
Track and follow up on student learning journeys, including progress on self-paced modules
Coordinate webinars, online training sessions, and assessments
Provide reminders and follow-ups for session attendance and course completion
Maintain communication with students to address concerns and boost participation
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, student progress, and engagement status
Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports related to mobilization and student engagement




Ensure data is updated in relevant tracking systems/tools as per QMS or project guidelines
