Requirement
Personnel shall not exceed 55 years of age. IOW personnel must have at least 5 years of work experience.
Personnel must be familiar with design drawings and local codes,
and must be able to identify issues in site construction quality based on design drawings and construction specifications.
Contract project basis, minimum 1 year.
Registered as graduate engineer or inspector of work with BEM. Must provide proof of certificate.
Compliance with Standards
Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to approved design documents, technical specifications, national codes, and industry standards.
Verify that any deviations or modifications are formally approved before implementation.
Inspection of Materials and Equipment
Review and approve the quality certificates, test reports, and supplier documentation for all materials and equipment delivered to site.
Conduct in office inspections to confirm that materials meet specified requirements before use.
Reject or quarantine non-conforming materials and report findings to the project owner.
