About The Role
The Payments Operations Analyst bridges the gap between product owners and partner requirements, turning operational complexity into transparent, actionable insight. This role is the operational backbone of our payment integrations,



responsible for ensuring that every gateway and merchant relationship moves from onboarding to production with speed, precision, and zero ambiguity. You will serve as the central coordinator between external payment gateways, merchants, and internal Product, and Commercial teams, managing the flow of production credentials, resolving blockers, and keeping every integration on track from initiation to go-live.

This role is built for someone who is highly organized, relentlessly follow-through oriented, and thrives in an environment where the details matter and delays have real business consequences. You will not only manage the day-to-day coordination of credentials and onboarding but will also own the processes, trackers, and reporting systems that give the business full visibility into integration health, while continuously improving workflows to make merchant onboarding faster, smoother, and more scalable over time.
