Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Developer to design, develop, and support ClaimCenter solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance clients. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, customization, and development using Gosu and Guidewire Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain PCF screens, Data Model extensions, Typelists, Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.
Create and enhance business rules using Gosu.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform impact analysis and support production issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.




Support Guidewire upgrades and cloud transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience.
Strong expertise in ClaimCenter Configuration.
Hands-on experience with:
Gosu Programming
PCF Configuration
Rules Engine
Data Model Extensions
Typelists
Workflows
Validation Rules
UI Configuration
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of P&C; Insurance Claims processes.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Exposure to Integrations, REST APIs, and Web Services.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
