About The Role

At Managed Services, our primary focus is to ensure the GoldenSource application operates seamlessly and supports a smooth “Day in the Life” process for our clients. This includes delivering timely support and managing critical services such as Level 1 and Level 2 support and ticket management during business hours, Lower Environment Management, and Patch Analysis & Deployment.
