About The Role
We're looking for a Revenue Development Representative to help fuel Optable's pipeline and go-to-market engine.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and RevOps — you'll generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound channels, curate and grow our contact base, support Account Executives around industry events, and use AI to prospect faster and smarter. You'll be a key contributor to how we identify, engage, and convert the right prospects, and a champion of our culture of focus, discipline, and speed. This is a launch pad: we hire RDRs with a clear path to Account Executive.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and book meetings for the AE team through outbound and inbound channels (calls, email, social, events), meeting or exceeding monthly qualified-meeting targets.
Use AI tools to make prospecting and outreach faster, smarter, and more personalized — building and prioritizing target lists.
Work closely with Sales to identify and map key personas & buying committee dynamics across strategic accounts (i.e.
