Job Description

Achieve primary and secondary sales target
Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets
Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in the market.
Market working as per beat plan
Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target
Handling market complaints and providing early resolution
Timely payment collections
Timely and accurate filling up of DSR
Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback
Communicating the company’s USPs

Preferred Candidate

Age: 24 - 30
Education: minimum requirement – Graduate
Experience: 2 – 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company
Positive communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers, especially excel.
Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.
