Job Title: Relationship Manager (Financial Products) Location: Bhopal Kolar Road

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Sales is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients to drive the sales of Demat & Trading accounts, Mutual Fund, Insurance etc. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients for Demat & Trading accounts.
Conduct awareness programs at institutions to generate leads.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Provide personalized service to clients and address their needs and queries promptly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Cross-sell other financial products and services to existing clients.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest developments in the stock market and financial products.
Educate clients about the perks and features of Demat & trading accounts and related services along with Mutual Fund’s & Insurance.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all client documentation is complete and accurate.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines while conducting sales activities.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the General Manager.
Track and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.

Customer Support:
Provide after-sales support to clients.
Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding their Demat accounts. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector with a full time Stock Broker.
