We have vacancy for a results-oriented and self-motivated person for the role of FACILITY SUPERVISOR and invite applications from qualified persons. The role reports to the Chief HR & Admin Officer and is located at Tema.

Roles Defination & Accountabilities

Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
Establish and administer policies and procedures for events.
Coordinate and manage activities and events with other departments and external clients.
Prepare and implement annual budget for building use and facility maintenance.
Update and maintain usage records and invoice clients accordingly.




Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the building.
Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities.
Participate in development of policies and procedures affecting usage supplies and facilities.
Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities.
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security and grounds.
Allocate office space according to needs.
Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
Undertake other duties as assigned

Administrative Duties

Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the Company.
Comply and ensure that discipline is maintained within the section
Provide support to team internally and externally, to ensure effectiveness in line with the needs of the Company
