General Role Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Work closely with underwriters and internal teams to obtain quotations, progress applications and secure the best outcomes for clients.

Provide prompt, professional communication to clients throughout the lifecycle of each bond transaction.

Support business growth through client retention, cross-selling opportunities and referral generation.

Maintain accurate Salesforce records, management information and compliance documentation.

Overview

Role Specific Responsibilities:

The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across Indevor’s surety bond business, ensuring outstanding client service, efficient case management and strong relationships with clients and underwriters.





The successful candidate will take ownership of enquiries from quotation through to issuance, maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of Indevor. They will be expected to understand their clients' businesses, respond proactively to their requirements and work closely with underwriters to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The role combines relationship management, customer service and commercial awareness with strong administration and attention to detail. The Client Account Manager will be expected to manage their own workload effectively.

Role Specific Tasks

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored support.
Liaise with underwriters to obtain quotations
