Role overview

We are looking for a Product Hybrid Engineer – a true “Individual Builder” who operates at the intersection of engineering, product,



and design. You are not just here to implement tickets; you are here to challenge the roadmap, talk directly to customers, and drive innovation from ideation to production.

In this role, you will run fast on multiple high-impact projects, using AI to amplify your impact and speed. You will have the autonomy to make architectural and product decisions, moving with the speed and spirit of an entrepreneur within the company.

What you’ll do

Build End-to-End: You will not just build products; you will build the systems that power them. You will take concepts from a rough idea to a deployed, scalable production system autonomously.
Leverage AI to Move Rapid: You will utilize the newest AI tools to accelerate your workflow, allowing you to focus on high-level architecture, complex problem-solving, and customer value rather than boilerplate coding.
Drive Product Innovation: You will work directly with customers
