Job Description
Lead and manage the hardware development function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee circuit design and development of advanced hardware for medical diagnostic solutions
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in hardware architecture and product performance
Build, mentor, and strengthen the hardware team in Bangalore
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, software, quality, and manufacturing
Analyze product issues during production and implement robust corrective and preventive actions
Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and design standards in hardware development
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards for medical devices
Support new product development as well as lifecycle management of existing products
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
15 -20 years of experience in hardware design and development, with at least a few years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in circuit design, validation, and debugging
Proven experience in team management and stakeholder coordination
Valuable understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing support
