NextGen iQ is an Australian-based education and training company specialising in Accounting and Taxation programs designed for students aspiring to build careers in Australian KPOs. We provide online training, mentorship, and guaranteed internship pathways that help commerce graduates become job-ready for the global market.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Student Counsellor who can guide prospective students through our admissions and training process. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, target-oriented, and skilled in communication. This role involves engaging with students, explaining course advantages, and supporting them from inquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed information about courses and career outcomes.
Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and learning pathways.
Convert leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Australian Accounting & Taxation training.
Maintain and update student databases (CRM).




Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.
Assist with scheduling batches and coordinating with trainers.
Build long-term relationships with students, providing ongoing support and resolving queries.
Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 13 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Ability to understand and explain educational content confidently.
Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving admissions targets.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
