Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding high-net-worth client relationships, providing personalized investment solutions, and ensuring superior client satisfaction. This role requires strong financial acumen, interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering tailored wealth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, build, and maintain relationships with clients.
Understand clients financial goals and risk appetite to provide suitable wealth solutions.
Offer a range of financial products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, insurance, etc.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide insights on market movements and investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies while advising clients.
Work closely with internal product, research, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.




Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain high client satisfaction and generate referrals through excellent service.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products.
Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High degree of integrity and professionalism.
Certifications such as NISM VA / NISM X-A/X-B / CFP will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial advisory.
Sound understanding of financial planning and investment advisory.
