The Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial management, accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires strong expertise in accounting laws, financial regulations, taxation, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Accounting
Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures across the organization.
Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
