About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven, and highly motivated Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive primary real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, setting clear sales goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team consistently delivers strong results. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to inspire a team toward achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets. The Sales Team Leader will play a key role in managing high-value client interactions, handling negotiations with confidence, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closure. The candidate should be capable of building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and guiding the team to convert prospects into successful deals. Solid communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.





Responsibilities

Train new team members on project knowledge and sales process.
Handle primary sales (builder inventory) and close high-ticket deals.
Assign leads and monitor follow-ups through CRM.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and daily sales tracking.
Arrange and supervise site visits.
Support team members in negotiations and deal closures.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and developers.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during booking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements
