Division Details

The BabyCare Division primarily focuses on promoting products to Gynaecologists and Paediatricians and major hospitals such as Apollo, Rainbow, Fortis, Cloudnine, and other leading healthcare institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meet doctors daily to promote company products as per company policy.
Visit chemists and stockists to ensure stock availability and collect orders and payments.
Conduct and participate in brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets, RTMs, etc.




Execute the company's promotional strategies and utilize promotional inputs as per company guidelines.
Maintain regular visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, institutions, chemists, and other customers to strengthen professional relationships and enhance the company's image.
Support new product launches as per company guidelines and strategies.
Ensure strong business follow-up with stakeholders and maximize ROI.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop new markets.
Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
