We are looking for a proactive and technically strong BMS Project Engineer who can join immediately and contribute to project execution, commissioning, and client coordination.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Execute BMS projects from site survey, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning to client handover.
Supervise BMS field device installation, controller panels, sensors,



actuators, DDC/PLC panels and control systems.
Perform BMS programming, point mapping, graphics development and system integration as per project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare and review BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, point schedules, I/O lists, testing reports and as-built documentation.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot BMS communication, controller, field device, networking and integration-related issues.
Carry out testing, commissioning and functional verification of BMS systems.
Coordinate BMS integration with HVAC, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Energy Metering and other building services wherever applicable.
