Role Overview

Space Stem is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive – HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in the IT Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, administration, and workforce planning using KEKA HRMS.

Skills

4–6 years of HR Generalist and Recruitment experience in the IT Software Services industry.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (Attendance, Leave, PMS, Employee Lifecycle, and Payroll Coordination).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
