Role

As the Compliance Executive, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - ER.The purpose of your role will be to ensure the timely processing of all social security contributions and compliances with 100% adherence to statutory guidelines and SOPs.A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Central management of Provident Fund, Data Compilations of all locations- Timely submissions of contributions to govt authority, Liaising with PF authorities, and data maintenance.2. Managing various statutory compliance for Corporate & Zonal Offices - Qualified tax deduction, compliances under the Shops & Establishment Act, managing inspections of office locations, bonus and gratuity payouts, and other statutory compliances.3. Responsible for various employee query redressal related to VRS, retirement cases, death cases documents preparation, queries on UAN generation4. Responsible for conducting PF sensitization and awareness sessions across locations,



managing transfers & allotment of PF nos across locations as needed5. Work closely with Procurement teams to support various corporate events & vendor management on SAP from the Total Rewards teamA Day in the life

The purpose of your role will be to ensure the timely processing of all social security contributions and compliances with 100% adherence to statutory guidelines and SOPs. You will also be responsible for central data management of various govt. statutory data.
Academic Qualification & Experience

Graduate, MBA
Preferably 05 to 06 years of experience,
Min. 3 years exposure in PF and other compliances
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances
- MS Office/ MS Excel
- Preferably knowledge of SAP and ORACLE
