A Day in the Life

Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) is focused on delivering surgical technologies that support minimally invasive and open procedures across a broad range of specialties. The portfolio includes stapling systems, access devices, hand instruments, powered stapling platforms, and intelligent surgical technologies used in operating room environments.

Location: Gurgaon, India. Work Style: Remote. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory, including regular hospital visits, operating theatre support, customer meetings, training activities, distributor engagement,



and regional business reviews.

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory through customer engagement, account management, clinical support, distributor management, and execution of territory growth strategies. This role works closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and channel partners to drive adoption of the EMID portfolio while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Achieve territory sales objectives and secondary sales targets through effective territory planning, customer engagement, and execution of sales strategies.
Promote and sell Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices products, including Stapling, Access, and Hand Instruments, within assigned accounts and geographic territories.
