As a Functional Analyst, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a primary focus on the Quote-to-Cash process. This role will support global commercial applications by translating business needs into scalable D365 Q2C solutions across quotation management, sales order processing, pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related integrations. You will partner with business and technology teams to design, configure, test, and implement solutions that improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and operational visibility,



supporting Current Balance’s growth as a top global athletic brand.

Major Accountabilities

Partner with commercial, finance, supply chain, and technology stakeholders to define D365 Quote-to-Cash business requirements and process objectives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for D365 F&O; capabilities supporting sales quotations, sales orders, pricing, discounts, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
Configure and support D365 Q2C processes to enable accurate quote creation, order conversion, fulfillment coordination, invoice generation, payment processing, and revenue-related controls.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integrations between D365 F&O;, Dynamics 365 Sales, third-party platforms, and downstream finance or reporting systems.
Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, data validation, and user acceptance testing for Quote-to-Cash enhancements and implementations.
