Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager with experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and areas for product differentiation.
Requirements Gathering & Prioritization
Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.




Align with Customer Success to incorporate feedback and refine product features continuously.
Product Development & Delivery
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final launch.
Run or participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) to maintain an effective development process.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and release updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Champion product initiatives across the organization, ensuring clarity and buy-in at all levels.
Performance Measurement & Analytics
Define and track key product metrics (usage, adoption, churn, ROI, etc.) to measure success and inform improvements.
Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and user experience continuously.
Customer & Market Feedback
Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and partner with UX
