Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent bots that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves working with automation frameworks, APIs, and AI/ML libraries to deliver scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain bots using Python and automation frameworks.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support automation requirements.
Integrate bots with third-party applications.
Collaborate with project coordinators and business analysts to understand requirements.
Develop custom automation logic including OCR, NLP, or AI-based components.
Conduct unit testing and support QA/UAT teams during validation.




Monitor and troubleshoot production bots, providing timely fixes and enhancements.
Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE(CSE), B.Tech(IT, CSE, AIML, CSBS, AI & DS)
2 – 4 years of experience in Python development
Familiarity with automation libraries (e.g., Selenium, Pandas, OpenPyXL).
Knowledge of OCR/NLP libraries (Tesseract, spaCy, OpenCV) is a plus.
Robust debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
