IFFCO Kisan Finance Hiring

Position: Regional Portfolio Manager

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

Oversee collections across the region and ensure achievement of portfolio performance goals
Build and lead a high-performing collections team while improving productivity and operational efficiency
Implement effective collections strategies and drive continuous process improvements
Monitor portfolio health and take proactive measures to minimize delinquency and improve recovery performance

Qualifications & Education

Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce, Finance, Business Management preferred)
12–16 years of experience in credit, collections, or portfolio management in NBFC, Microfinance, Agri-lending, or Rural Finance
Experience in handling agri-assets like Tractor, Farm Equipment and Agri-Input Loans portfolios
Local candidates preferred





Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of credit risk, loan cycles, and rural/agri borrower profiles
Proficient in analyzing DPD trends, NPA, PAR, and write-offs
Assertive, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to drive portfolio performance
Ability to manage field teams and motivate recovery staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
