We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior software Engineer
In this role you will:
Serve as a key contact for onboarding/migration requests, helping users understand platform capabilities and guiding them through onboarding steps.
Support structured discovery to capture requirements and onboarding needs (use case, data, model type, environments, access needs, and key non-functional requirements).




Coordinate with engineering, platform, product, and user teams to progress onboarding activities and follow up on dependencies
Support BAU onboarding operations, including maintaining trackers, preparing materials, and organising sharing/demo sessions.
Provide regular status updates and help maintain onboarding timelines/targets so users have clear visibility of progress.
Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding materials (templates, FAQs, playbooks) by capturing feedback and suggesting enhancements.
