Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist
Design and implement machine learning systems for business use cases
Conduct applied machine learning research
Read and implement research papers, especially in generative AI
Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists
Write production-grade code using object-oriented programming principles in Python
In-depth understanding of statistics and probability
Advanced proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming




Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
Expertise in machine learning and deep learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms like Logistic/Linear Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, and SVM
Knowledge of building LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex is a plus
Experience with Transformer architectures and large language models is a plus
