Your Role:
The job holder is responsible to evaluate the effect of the in-service damages on the Design and Justification (Static and F&DT;)



and provide detailed justification on the acceptance of the component.The various activities to perform are: Creation of Database (DB), Repair Instruction/Answer (AW), Repair Drawing (RD), Technical Disposition (TD), Static Justification Sheet (SAS), Fatigue Justification Sheet (FAS) and Technical Approval Sheet (TAS).
In this role, you will:

Assess damage scenarios using appropriate inputs and aircraft configuration drawings
Perform hand calculations and/or computer-based analysis
Propose and evaluate structural repair solutions considering time, cost, and safety
Utilize existing technical and airworthiness delegations to develop approved repairs for aerostructures
Prepare technical justification documents (Design and/or Stress)
Prepare necessary approvals for repair solutions
Respond to customer technical queries related to repairs
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives.

Your Profile

6-12 years of experience in Aero industry with Repair experience.
