Job Description

Summary

Provide complete customer care for the buyer's of our products, contents, APIs, services, using Global Support Centre platform and perform all tasks that correlate to the care of the clients, partners, suppliers. To create a protected, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the buyers or partners or suppliers can thrive and develop. A support job may include face-to-face (F2F) meetings duties sometimes.

Responsibilities

Taking care of customer (e.g. order, invoicing, payment data handling).
Providing training assistance for clients.
Implementing daily routines.
Doing light sales work.
Running errands.

Requirements

Must be a Graduate.
Further training in customer care and development from some reputed institution .
Proven customer care experience with references.
Customer Service product certification.
A valid driving license and a safe driving
