Infopro Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent
Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will
lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for global Learning & Development,
consulting, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business
leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced

Working Hours: This role supports UK business hours. Working hours will
generally be approximately 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST,
depending on the time of year and UK daylight savings schedules.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding

* Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate
functions

* Demonstrates strong hands-on expertise in managing global requirements.

* Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand
hiring needs, priorities, and timelines

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor
partnerships, and networking channels

* Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations

* Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures

* Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including
metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join
ratios

* Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring
process
