Key Responsibilities Qualifications: Skills Required:

Outbound Calling
Make daily calls to potential clients from database (dealers, contractors, architects, etc.)
Introduce ACPL products, offers, and services
Fix appointments for the sales team / store visits
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Gather information from customers and identify sales opportunities
Follow up with interested prospects regularly
Maintain lead tracker sheet and update CRM (if applicable)
Campaign Support
Call during recent product launches, festival offers, or clearance sales
Assist in feedback collection post-campaigns or events
Data Handling
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and next steps
Share daily/weekly calling reports with managers
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
1–3 years experience in telemarketing / telesales
Experience in the tiles, construction, or building material industry is an advantage
Good verbal communication (Tamil, English)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
Target-driven with the ability to multitask
