About The Role

We are looking for a relentless, self-starting Business Development Manager (BDM) to build our global and enterprise outbound sales pipeline from scratch. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for an individual contributor who thrives on finding hidden opportunities, navigating corporate gatekeepers, and opening doors directly at the CXO level.

You will not rely on inbound leads or software publisher referrals. Instead, you will use targeted, direct outbound strategies to win high-ticket Odoo Enterprise implementation, migration, and consulting contracts. While you have the freedom to tap into high-growth international markets like the GCC and Europe,



you will also actively target mid-to-large corporate clients right here in India who demand high-value, premium enterprise solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Direct Outbound Sourcing: Independently research, list, and map mid-market and enterprise accounts globally and domestically (specifically targeting verticals like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trading running legacy or unmaintained ERP systems).
Strategic Market Prioritization: Execute focused outbound campaigns across the GCC (leveraging regional triggers like e-invoicing compliance), Western Europe, and high-ticket Indian domestic corporate sectors.
Job-Board Interception: Track international and domestic job boards for companies hunting for in-house Odoo talent or struggling with messy implementations, and pivot those into agency service pitches directly to CIOs and CFOs.
